My possible last blog?

This semester I started this blog, which I really enjoyed and got to know things about my classmates and remember other exciting things through their life experiences or likes.

Some of the posts I enjoyed writing the most were about my hobbit and about the series I watched as a kid, I really like everything related to series. 

One of the ones I had the hardest time writing was about my friends, because I remembered the accident one of my best friends had and the fear I went through during those years.

One blog I liked was one that talked about a series called TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND, I had forgotten the name, but I enjoyed watching it as a child.

The truth is that this semester I can put some words together better, but speaking and thinking about how to form sentences well when speaking is still difficult. 

My Favorite Program

Since I was very little I have liked watching series, movies or just watching TV.

As a child I watched many anime series with my aunt, among them Inuyasha, Slam dunk, Candy Candy, Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, Hantaro, among others, but the one I enjoyed the most was Ranma 1/2.

I found it a very funny series, as the character changed gender and others changed from human to some animal, I must admit that the one I liked the most was Ryōga, better known, in his piggy form as Pechan, I really liked his piggy form, and that's why I got him tattooed a few years ago. 

This program was shown in the afternoon, on one of the national channels if I'm not mistaken, but I'm not sure. 

There were also other cartoons like The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Kim Possible, Scooby-Doo (I loved this series too much), Catdog, Ed Edd and Eddy, Rocket Power and The Thornberrys, they were very entertaining series, some a little weirder than others like the Cow and the Chicken, where if I watch it today, yes there are some weird episodes jsjsjs, but I must admit I never knew where these series ended up, as I couldn't always watch them specifically, I just watched the series that crossed my path. 

 A place I like in Santiago

A few years ago with my cousin we discovered that in Patronato there are a lot of Korean supermarkets and restaurants, there is even a route of all the ones you can go to and find.

The last time I went was many months ago, I haven't had time to get away and go sightseeing, college has been heavy.

Sometimes I go alone or with my aunt, cousin or my mother, we go to the clothing stores, then we go to eat and sometimes we go to buy some sweets or products to the supermarkets in that area.

The meals are not so expensive, but sometimes the ramen is too expensive if you think it is one of the cheapest meals in Korea or Japan, sometimes they are between 15,000 pesos or 18,000 pesos but there are much cheaper meals between 7,000 to 10,000 and they are very hearty. 

The products are also accessible, some are more expensive than others, but as my mom says, everything has gone up in price, so they have also raised their prices a little but not exaggeratedly, well that was the last time I went, I don't know how it is now. 

 BBC English courses

 There first I chose “easy courses”, since it is always better to start with the most basic. There I chose the first course that I saw that said “general english” and clicked on activity 1. I found the activity very easy to understand, after a video you had to answer some questions and I found it entertaining. And at the same time it helps to understand the pronunciation.

I entered the “Medium Grammar” part and there I chose the option “Grammar reference 1” there they gave different options to review both past perfect, present continuous, among others, in my case I chose option 1 (The present simple, present continuous and present perfect tenses) and the method was similar to the one in the previous section, they showed you a video and you had to answer some exercises, I really found it very didactic and I liked that there were more activities for So get back to practicing.

In relation to the third section of “Pronunciation” it was more than anything to watch videos and understand what young Tim would be, if he is understandable and helps to assimilate how English is spoken.

In “Vocabulary” I also tried the medium difficulty section, and I chose the “English in a minute” option where it had the same format as the previous ones, you had to watch a video and answer the questions, which was practical since it was entertaining, not so much, since they are subjects in my case difficult to understand.

Finally in “news review” despite the fact that only news would appear and at the same time they were news and then a quiz, sjsjjs that surprised me and was entertaining, especially the one about prince harry’s.

If I think the page is very useful, I will continue to use it to practice from time to time. Since it will help me get used to English.

 My best friends 

 

I have had the pleasure of having a group of friends for years now, 15 years to be exact, we met when we were in first grade, some of them knew each other before because they went to kindergarten together or like me and one of them lived in the same street.

We have been through a lot, fights, distancing, accidents, but we are still together.

I still remember one time in eighth grade, we fought so hard that even the teachers were worried, because we were like fingernails and dirt, but we solved the problems and here we are.

Another event that united us much more than, made us realize that we were no longer friends, but family was an accident that had a friend, unfortunately she was run over and dragged by a bus, just the day we had met when she was on her way home. It was as if the world stopped for us, but thank God it was not serious, but she managed to get out of it. But I will never forget that fear of not having her in my life one more day.

Now we get together when we can, but we are always looking out for each other. Each one is going on with her life, but that is what makes me happiest. One of us already has her wedding date.

 

My last family meal

 The last time we had a family meal was on Mother's Day this year.

That day we went with my mother to eat at my aunt's house, where all the women in the family got together (my grandmother, my mom, my aunt, my cousin and me), they made us a barbecue and we drank a lot, until the bottles of wine and fernet ran out.

With my family we have the habit that for Mother's Day we all go out to eat, we have been going out together since I can remember going out to eat at different places, grills, Korean food, Peruvian food and Chinese food.

It is very nice to remember previous outings, but the best thing is that we spend the whole day together.

I hope it continues to be like this for many years, since my family is not one to call or get together very often, it's more like disappearing for months at a time.

The next meeting is coming up in November where I know that we will all be together and other family members from Valparaíso and Calama, since in November we will celebrate my cousin's birthday (she will be 8 years old) and my grandmother's birthday (64 years old).

 Contries I would like 

I have always dreamed of leaving Chile.

First I wanted to go to Japan, then South Korea, then Taiwan and China, but in recent years I have dreamed of going to Thailand.

With my cousin we are fans of the lakorn (Thai series) and is one of the reasons why we want to go, plus the actors walk quietly through the streets and in my case I am interested in how beautiful is its biodiversity and abundant in the same way.

We plan to travel within the next few years, but we still need money. The plan we have is to go to Thailand for a month and from there travel to Japan or South Korea for a few weeks.

Some places we want to visit in Thailand are Bangkok, Chiang mai, Lop Buri, Phuket and Phayao.

And in the case of Japan we want to go to Tokyo, Fukushima, Shizuoka, Kyoto and Osaka.a few weeks.

And in the case of South Korea, we want to go, but with my cousin at the moment we are in a love-hate relationship with the Kpop industry, because of the mistreatment of artists and over exploitation, among other things. So, we are discarding that destination.
